Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

We are pleased to offer special pricing on Deeper products through our Deeper Referral program. We offer this program to you as an incentive to use our products and pass your experience and content onto others. We ask that you adhere to the following:

Eligibility: Deeper Referral  program is available to those who are an influencer in the industry and have a referral from a current Deeper employee.

Special Pricing: The privilege to purchase Deeper products with bonus accessory(s) is only for customers who use the referral link or code.

Product Availability:  All orders must go through Orders can take up to 5 business days for customers to receive after order placement.

Commission Payment Information: Commission will be paid to PayPal account provided on registration form, after receiving payment from the customer who purchased a Deeper Pro+, Deeper Pro or Deeper Start.

Program: Pricing and discounts are subject to change without notice. Deeper, UAB reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions governing this program at any time at our discretion.

Communication: Communicate respectfully and use materials (videos, pictures, articles or other content) approved by your contact person at Deeper.

Taxes and fees: If you receive a commission under the Deeper Referral Program, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it.

Account Suspension/Termination: Deeper, UAB has the right to suspend or terminate a referral account at any time if we believe the member is abusing the program or acting against the local law.

Referral program users agree not to use the Program to:

  1. Violate applicable law;
  2. Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Program Entities or any third parties;
  3. Stalk, harass, or harm another individual;
  4. Collect or store personal data about other Users;
  5. Impersonate any person, or otherwise misrepresent User's identity;
  6. Interfere with, disrupt or violate the Terms and Conditions or servers or networks connected to the Program; or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks;
  7. Interfere with another User's use of the Program;
  8. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Program, or to other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Program;
  9. Use the Program to conduct any activity or solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes the rights of others;
  10. Resell, barter, trade, auction or otherwise generate income by providing access to the Program to others.
