Report a Security Vulnerability

At Deeper, we take the security of our products and customers seriously.

If you discover a potential security vulnerability or security issue affecting any Deeper product, please report it to our security team.

You can report a security issue using the form below or by sending us an email directly.

What happens after you submit a report?

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 2 business days.
  • Review: Our team will review the reported issue and may contact you for additional information.
  • Status updates: We will provide updates at least every 14 calendar days until the reported issue is resolved.
  • Resolution: We will inform you when the reported issue has been resolved, where appropriate.
