1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at support@deeper.eu before sending any product back.

This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly from our online store.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • returned within 30 days of delivery;
  • in its original packaging;
  • unused and free from signs of use;
  • undamaged and in good physical condition;
  • complete with all originally supplied accessories, components and documentation.

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • digital products and downloadable content;
  • subscription services;
  • gift cards;
  • personalized or custom-made products.

4. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact support@deeper.eu to request return authorization.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label together with shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and include all original accessories.
  4. Ship the package using the provided instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

5. Inspection and Refunds

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

If the returned product meets the requirements of this Return Policy, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Defective Products

If you believe your product is defective, please contact support@deeper.eu.

Products reported as defective are handled under our Warranty Policy, rather than this Return Policy.

7. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.
