LOSS PROTECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Protect your Deeper sonars and other products (“Products”) from accidental loss, theft or irreparable damage, and keep your Product safe and sound!
1. FIRST, LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES
We are Deeper, UAB (”Deeper”, “we”), legal entity code 302749154, address Antakalnio 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, Lithuania.
These Loss Protection terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a mutual agreement between you and Deeper, governing the terms of accidental loss, theft or irreparable damage protection (“Loss Protection”) offer. Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties.
Finally, we will leave our contacts at the end of these Terms in case you have any questions!
2. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We’re excited to offer Loss Protection for those who own an eligible Product - please consult our Loss Protection Eligible Product List.
Should your Product be accidentally lost, stolen or irreparably damaged, it will be replaced; however, please note that an additional minimal trade-in-fee indicated at the time of subscription might be applicable at the time of replacement.

3. WHAT ARE THE KEY THINGS TO KNOW?
We want to make sure everything is clear when it comes to our offer. Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Eligible Products only: Loss Protection covers eligible Products only – so be sure, check the Loss Protection Eligible Product List. Accessories or other products sold separately from the Products are not covered by Loss Protection. Heads up – when Loss Protection comes bundled with other offers (like Premium+), the list of eligible Products it covers might be different. Always double-check what’s included! The Loss Protection service shall be valid only when purchased together with an Eligible Product. If you have purchased Loss Protection separately (without an associated eligible Product) the service shall be considered invalid and cannot be activated. In such cases, please contact us and we will arrange a full refund.
- One Service – One Eligible Product: Loss Protection is tied to the specific Eligible Product it was purchased with. For example, Loss Protection for sonars applies only to the sonar device purchased together with the service; likewise, Loss Protection for the Bait Boat applies only when purchased with the Bait Boat. If you purchase multiple Eligible Products but only one Loss Protection plan, the service will apply exclusively to the first Eligible Product you activate it with. It cannot be transferred between Eligible Products or used for multiple devices.
- Quality Warranty: If your Product is eligible for repair or replacement under our general quality warranty, those warranty terms will prevail. However, if your Product’s issue isn’t covered by the warranty, no need to worry - your Loss Protection will step in to provide coverage.
- Only Accidental Loss or Irreparable Damage shall be Covered: Loss Protection covers only the accidental loss, theft or accidental irreparable damage of a Product. Intentional damage, intentional loss, misuse, or negligence shall not be covered under this service. We reserve the right to decide whether you have acted in good faith, based on a careful review of all the relevant circumstances.
- Replacement of the Product: If your Product is accidentally lost, stolen or irreparably damaged, it will be replaced with the same model whenever possible. Should that model no longer be available, don’t worry - we’ll make sure to replace it with a model that has features equal to or better than the lost, stolen or irreparably damaged one. Please note that the replacement unit may be either new or a “like new” refurbished device, at Deeper’s discretion. If you opt to replace your lost or irreparably damaged Product, we will deactivate the old unit to maintain security.
- One Product Replacement per active Loss Protection period: Your Loss Protection covers one Eligible Product replacement per active Loss Protection period (12 months).
- Availability of the Service: Loss Protection service shall become available only after the full price is paid.
- Period of Validity if Loss Protection: Loss Protection shall be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that your Loss Protection will not be visible in the Deeper website or app. The only confirmation and documentation of your Loss Protection activation will be sent to you via email after purchase. This email will include all relevant details and direct links to the applicable terms and conditions. Please retain it for your records.
4. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT?
If your Product is accidentally lost, stolen or irreparably damaged and eligible for replacement under the Loss Protection service, here’s what to do:
- Report the Incident: You must notify us within 14 (fourteen) days of the incident by contacting our customer service team via email at support@deeper.eu to initiate your claim.
- Validation: Once we successfully validate your claim, we will deactivate the accidently lost, stolen or irreparably damaged Product to maintain security and prevent any further use.
- Trade-in fee: Depending on the applicable Loss Protection plan and the specific Product, Deeper may apply a trade-in fee that covers all applicable replacement scenarios, including cases where the original device is lost, stolen, irreparably damaged, or returned for replacement. A minimal trade-in fee shall be indicated at the time of purchase and payable at the time of replacement.
- Replacement: A replacement Product will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. We will take care of the delivery costs as well.
- Return of Irreparably Damaged Product: Any Product replaced under Loss Protection service becomes the property of Deeper. In case of irreparable damage, you may be required to return the damaged unit(s). By submitting a claim, you agree to comply with this requirement if necessary.
We aim to make the process simple and hassle-free, ensuring you get back to enjoying your fishing experience without delay!
5. WHERE CAN I USE LOSS PROTECTION?
Loss Protection shall only available and applicable in the following countries where Deeper provides replacement services and shipping support:
Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Cyprus (CY), Czech Republic (CZ), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Malta (MT), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), United States (US), Canada (CA), United Kingdom (GB), Norway (NO), Switzerland (CH)
Deeper reserves the right to decline service requests from unsupported countries.
Deeper reserves the right to modify and update the list of countries where protection applies at any time without prior notice.
6. DO WE HAVE PARTNERS HELPING US?
We may partner with third-party insurance providers in the future to manage certain aspects of Loss Protection service, and you shall agree that such third-party terms and conditions may apply to your coverage as notified.
For the avoidance of doubt, however, the Loss Protection service offered by us is not an insurance product. It constitutes a contractual arrangement that forms part of our services and is intended to temporarily retain the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products, subject to the terms and limitations set forth herein.
7. WHAT SHOULD YOU DO AND HOW MUCH IT WILL COST FOR YOU?
To activate your Loss Protection, you may either:
- purchase it directly;
- receive it as part of another offer, such as Premium+; or
- redeem a valid voucher code received from an authorized partner upon purchasing an eligible Product.
Deeper may, at its discretion, limit the available Loss Protection activation methods for certain Products. Depending on the Product, only one of the above-mentioned methods may apply. Specific details will be provided at the time of purchase or during the activation process.
In all cases, Loss Protection becomes active only once the applicable condition is fulfilled – whether by purchase, inclusion in an offer, or successful voucher redemption on our platform. Details about your Loss Protection will be available in your Fish Deeper account.
The standard Loss Protection price, trade-in fee and the validity period of the service will be clearly shown at the time of purchase. Upon the expiration of Loss Protection, you might be able to renew it at the price indicated at the time of subscription. Please note that renewal will only be possible for Products that are eligible at the time of renewal! The possibility of renewing Loss Protection shall also depend on specific conditions, such as the condition of the device, the original purchase period, and other applicable criteria. Renewal shall not be guaranteed and may be offered at our discretion.

At Deeper, your privacy is paramount. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will only collect, process, and store your data as necessary to provide you with our services.

9. HERE ARE SOME FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising between you and Deeper will be resolved through amicable negotiations. You can find more information about dispute resolution in our general Terms and Conditions.
Where Loss Protection is bundled with another offer (e.g., Premium+), the terms of that offer apply in addition to these Terms. In case of any conflict between the two, the terms of the respective offer shall prevail.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, as well as to discontinue the Loss Protection service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via notifications in our app or website, or through the email address you provided during registration.
Please note that if any translations of these Terms differ from the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
Moreover, by purchasing Loss Protection service, you are accepting these Terms and entering into a mutual agreement with Deeper, setting out the rights, duties, and responsibilities of both parties.
